Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer after order processing, quality checks, and fulfillment.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. However, processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, logistics conditions, customs procedures, carrier delays, and other external factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Any missing or incorrect information may result in delays, failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs, or returned parcels. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate address details.
Shipping-related claims must be submitted within 30 days after receipt of the package.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times generally range between 3 and 12 business days depending on the destination country and local carrier conditions.
Please note that customs clearance procedures may extend delivery times for certain international shipments.

International Orders – Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
Orders are shipped under a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) model unless otherwise stated.
Product prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, sales taxes, or any other local taxes that may be imposed by the destination country. Especially for big orders (+$150)
As the importer of record, the customer is solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs clearance charges, taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other governmental charges required by local authorities or carriers.
Such charges, when applicable, must be paid directly by the customer to the carrier, customs authority, or any competent authority before delivery.
We do not control and cannot estimate such charges as they vary by country and local regulations.
Refusal to pay applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees may result in shipment delays, return of the package, destruction by customs authorities, or additional costs. In such cases, shipping fees and related costs may be non-refundable.
