Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

The Return Process 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please do not return any items without receiving prior authorization from us.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Personalized or customized products

These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Perishable goods

Such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned.

Intimate or sanitary goods

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, or items of a similar nature. For such products, the sale is final. If you are not sure whether or not a certain product is considered an intimate or sanitary good, don't hesitate to contact customer support.

Also, Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For such products, any sale is considered final.
