Where is my order?

Shipping

Upon placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days to have your order processed and shipped. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped ASAP.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number for your order.

Why didn’t my order come in one package?

We ship orders from various warehouses across the globe. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers to get your items to you faster. This means that certain orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. Therefore, you may receive one item before the next, so do not panic if you don’t receive all your items at once.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn’t been processed yet by the shipping department, you will be able to cancel your order by reaching out ASAP to our support team. Usually, your order will be processed early in the morning the day after the purchase at the local time. Once your order has already been processed and your parcel is being handled by the shipping department, you won’t be able to cancel your order. However, you can then use our 30-day, hassle-free return policy to return your order, and we will be able to refund your order.
